Unprofessional, a scam perhaps?

Order still undelivered, communication from my side ignored (calls, emails and whatsapp texts even though production manager is constantly online)

A RFQ was requested from them on the 22nd of March for t-shirts, printing and delivery. I went through with the order (paid, sent pop and artwork, and they acknowledged receipt) on account that they were going to deliver on Saturday the 26th because I had an event on the 27th. The production manager called to confirm printing and even suggested extra prinoting effect which we agreed upon. I was truly looking forward to doing business with them being a first time customer.

Friday the 25th I checked with Production Manager Thando Mwale regarding delivery time. He said he'll check with the printing dept and return to me on Saturday morning. I stressed that he kindly ensure that delivery is done on the Saturday. To cut the story short, he ignored my calls and texts the entire day on Saturday till to date. An email was sent to them again yesterday the 29th of March (still no response) to request an update at least or a refund, and texts this morning again (30th of March). The manager is online but clearly avoiding me.

Please save yourselves the trouble and don't do business with them - SCAM, until they prove themselves otherwise.
