Unprofessional, a scam perhaps?
Order still undelivered, communication from my side ignored (calls, emails and whatsapp texts even though production manager is constantly online) A RFQ was requested from them on the 22nd of March for t-shirts, printing and delivery. I went through with the order (paid, sent pop and artwork, and they acknowledged receipt) on account that they were going to deliver on Saturday the 26th because I had an event on the 27th. The production manager called to confirm printing and even suggested extra prinoting effect which we agreed upon. I was truly looking forward to doing business with them being a first time customer. Friday the 25th I checked with Production Manager Thando Mwale regarding delivery time. He said he'll check with the printing dept and return to me on Saturday morning. I stressed that he kindly ensure that delivery is done on the Saturday. To cut the story short, he ignored my calls and texts the entire day on Saturday till to date. An email was sent to them again yesterday the 29th of March (still no response) to request an update at least or a refund, and texts this morning again (30th of March). The manager is online but clearly avoiding me. Please save yourselves the trouble and don't do business with them - SCAM, until they prove themselves otherwise.

Business address is not valid - whatch out
This company' website is a fake , their address details is incorrect as it displays my business address , I've had several people comming to the centre asking for this company . They then claim that they have paid this company and haven't been able to reach thato since , when they ask for the address they hang up and the line is then engaged

Beware N.E.J. Print is a SCAM
On the 25th of October I paid for branded T-shirts & masks. I was told they’d be delivered within a week. It’s November 18th & I am still waiting. Whenever I call I’m told I’ll receive a tracking number from courier but nothing. This business is a SCAM!!!

Beware N.E.J. Print is a SCAM
On the 25th of October I paid for branded T-shirts & masks. I was told they’d be delivered within a week. It’s November 18th & I am still waiting. Whenever I call I’m told I’ll receive a tracking number from courier but nothing. This business is a SCAM!!!

Work suits
I have contacted thando at nej print who quoted me for 120 units of overalls made of cane material. I have paid him a deposit to complete job and i am still waiting.first was excuses of load shedding then short stuff then striking.he offered to refund me and sent me a request form which i filled in and sent back to him and uptil today nothing he reads messages dont answer calls and do not reply before i did business i checked if his business was legit and it was fully registered in gone now 3 months since i have not recieved my deposit and i have client who on my case for their job which thando promised to deliver

I would like to say a huge thank you to N.E.J. Print for the professional way they handled our prints. Our graphic designer abandoned us on the last minute but N.E.J. Print offered to design our artwork for free, all we paid for was the print. Amazing.
