Operation date

My niece is suffering from Imperforate **** Condition. My sister was advised in July that she will be contacted regarding the operation date. She went to the hospital twice this week where she met Jason, who rudely refuses to assist her. She was told to wash disposable pouches and reuse them. Is this not gunning for an infection on the infant?

Why should we wait till Wednesday to get assistance from doctors as well as the pouches?

May we urgently get feedback, the child was transferred in April already for medical assistance. Or do we need to take this up with Health authorities?
