I inquire about my recent water bill to Nelson Mandela Metro Municipality, which appears to be significantly higher than expected. I was informed that the billing figures are accurate, but there may be a leak. However, I have received conflicting information regarding access to my property, as I was told that the meter readers could not enter my yard due to a locked gate.
I point out that the dates provided to me regarding the locked gate are misleading, as I did not have a yard or gate during that time. I responded previously to clarify that there is no leak in my property, and the communication I received indicates otherwise.
I believe it's crucial for the municipality to ensure accurate and transparent communication in these matters, as it affects residents greatly.
