Had an issue with my energizer and after a lot of frustration, I eventually phoned Nemtek support. Spoke to a young man today 2025/04/15 and he explained exactly what I was doing wrong and how to resolve it. My energizer is now completely smart and can be triggered form anywhere in the world. Quick and easy if you know what you are doing... *Unfortunately I did not get his name...
