Had an issue with my energizer and after a lot of frustration, I eventually phoned Nemtek support. Spoke to a young man today 2025/04/15 and he explained exactly what I was doing wrong and how to resolve it. My energizer is now completely smart and can be triggered form anywhere in the world. Quick and easy if you know what you are doing... *Unfortunately I did not get his name... Thanks Nemtek!

Bought a Nemtek Wizord 4 energizer through a Supplier (regal security) April 2024. Got Alarm notification January for the energizer. When taken to Nemtek they say the Energizer is out of warranty and that the warranty starts when they sell it to supplier. Then they also claim there was a power surge which caused the board to be fried and that is not covered - this despite the energizer being connected via very reliable inverter with no direct power from eskom. Upon hearing that they say it must have been lighting - which is also not possible upon reviewing my security cameras for the time in question. There seems to be no recourse with these devices and it is always a 'technical fault' with a new energizer needed despite the current one being relatively new. Wish there was an ombud for these things to review so we as consumers don't have to take them at their word and can have it independently reviewed. The nemtek manual also claims : " The mains and high voltage outputs are protected against lightning and power surges. It also protects the unit against abnormally high potential differences between the high voltage and mains ground." Honestly disappointed by this really bad client experience

I recently installed their electric fence products, for my home and guest house, I am really very disgusted of their products quality (The insulators). Every day about of the installed insulators are broken. The installation is less than a month old but I am already tired to keep up with the replacement of the broken insulators and continuous alarms due to wires crossing. I am honestly regretting why I even installed Nemtek products. I have 76 and 54 poles with 8 lines installed at the guest house and my home totalling the insulators to 1 040 of poor quality

Always a pleasure dealing with the technicians and sales people at Nemtek. They are most helpful, always taking time to explain things and giving you options. Very good customer service over the phone and at the counter no matter how busy they are.

I bought some poultry fencing from Nemtek after they came recommended in the market. This in order to keep any breeding ducks and chickens safe from predators. After installation it seemed to work, giving a sting when touched, but proved pointless as the ducklings walked freely in and out of the electrified netting with no discomfort. The adult ducks eventually never had issue either. It was returned but was refused to be taken back. First version is because the one box was spoilt. Second version was that there was leaf litter in the netting. Nemtek did however offer to assist with reinstallation and so began a series of back & forths on WhatsApp that proved fruitless, eventually fizzling out. Offers by Nemtek to send a technician to check the installation of the fence went nowhere and no follow ups were done. I tried this fence once more. The same thing happened and other animals became entangled in the netting. I lost two ducks and when I discovered a swan dead in the netting the following morning I contacted them immediately. A representative earlier had returned the fencing and one of the sales staff admitted the energiser was not strong enough for the full 50m of the fencing itself. There are always excuses and no sense of interest or urgency. I should have been refunded for a product that does not work as advertised from the start. And now that I have suffered financial consequences I should be compensated for these. I will report back if any success came of this or not. If not, then I strongly recommend you do not take your business to Nemtek. Should anything go wrong or there be any issue they will be of no assistance and you shall be left to hung out to dry. In turn for what I have paid for the fence I have lost in value almost the exact same amount: the equivalent of paying for something twice and less to show for it.

Very poor customer service. Been calling for 3 weeks with no answer. Sent an email got a reply after 2 weeks and not even what I asked for!! Good products but people are your profit so pay more attention to your customer we are the reason you are in business

In my opinion this is one of a few businesses where everyone is on the same page. The service level standard/turn around time is high up there. And one actually takes time to call you back to provide technical support. I say they set the benchmark! Please share your secret
