On the 23rd April 2025, I called to request a discount on my profile payment and on the phone I was given a discounted price of R6500.15 on a 24 month price lock. Later I checked on the myDstv App to confirm if the changes gas been loaded as per our discussion, to my surprise the price has changed to R7541.08. I called back Dstv immediately yesterday and explained my problem and I was told that for me to cancel the so called contract I will be billed for early termination and this really annoyed me because Dstv is the one that broke the so called contract first. The so called contract was not even a day old and was has never collected even a single payment!!!! Your way of forcing money out of your customers its against the law, the National consumer protection act and the national credit act, you are forcing to indebt me as a consumer on something that I am saying I can not afford!!! Leave me on the old manual payment where I pay whenever I have money.
I recently installed their electric fence products, for my home and guest house, I am really very disgusted of their products quality (The insulators). Every day about of the installed insulators are broken. The installation is less than a month old but I am already tired to keep up with the replacement of the broken insulators and continuous alarms due to wires crossing. I am honestly regretting why I even installed Nemtek products. I have 76 and 54 poles with 8 lines installed at the guest house and my home totalling the insulators to 1 040 of poor quality
I brought a bakkie for rear brake pads change, my bakkie while it's still in their workshop when I reverse there was a warning that my rear brake assist is not available and the bakkie when it when to ford was 100%. I called the foremen and he drove the bakkie around and came back and said it now soughted. I took the bakkie home and this morning I wanted to drive with it but the same warning appeared then I took it back to ford. I was now told it the rear view camera on the tailgate that need to be changed. They offered me a courtesy bakkie but I must sign acceptance that I will be liable for a minimum R25 000 excess fee and I didn't agree to liability of R25 000. I didn't agree to sign and I was given my bakkie with its warning about the rear brakes. Upon driving out a new warning came out "Brake app**** power reduced" I turned back and they checked and test drove the bakkie again and made adjustments siting that the floor carpet was the cause. I just don't trust them at all. Even the camera they want to change I still believe it's not the root cause, they are just playing finder finder
They don't know what they are doing, they take chances
I purchased an urgent shelf company and added services till today they haven't delivered the added services, they keep on making empty promises that they will follow-up and give me a call but it's always lies.
The quality of their work is soo poor. They keep on changing the vehicle repair time to suite themselves and they don't care about the negative impact their act has to vehicle owners. When you call to follow-up about the repairs they have the audacity to even tell you that they have no duty to update vehicle owners since they have no contract with them but they deal with the insurance.

I bought 10Gb data for 2 different phones yesterday and the data is not reflecting on both cellphones. Today I called 135 and I have been sent from pillar to post, I haven't got an answer about my data. I have bank proof got the purchase of this data and sms confirmation from MTN that data is recharged but when I log into myMTN APP there data is not there on both phones
I have requested my NaTis documents on the 11th July 2022, yesterday I called WesBank to enquire about them since they were not delivered yet. I was told that DSV returned my parcel because they could not reach me on the phone, so fo the bank to send the documents I must pay R75 and I told the Ofentse (Call ref no: 3001055578) that I did not receive any call so I can not be punished for that. Everyone know the July load shedding effects as far as cellphone reception was concerned, I am not willing to be pay for sins I did not commit. I humbly request my documents I finished paying the account in May but still waiting after the WesBank wanted more business from me to do the ownership changes and I refused that I will handle myself. Is this a punishment or a squeeze methodology for business?
