Wow what a wonderful optometrist, i had initially went in dec 2024 and was tested by someone else and in February needed my script for eye test, whatsapped and they said come through and get. Found the owner and we a serious misunderstanding where i left without getting the script and had also informed her im not happy with my glasses. They called me same day and asked i return when i returned and made another appointment she really really made it up to me and we both realised were both not on agood space that day, but what i really appreciated is her making an effort, testing my eyes and understanding what the problem was and she took my glasses for a redo and removed some of the things added , wow my lady you have gained a lifetime customer and I appreciate how realised where it went wrong and made an effort to correct it.
