Clientele’s agents are ****ming pensioners pretending to offer them free vouchers then they ask for their id numbers next thing on pension day there is a deduction they know nothing about, because sassa has no bank statements they counting on that so they can get away with their ****. They lie and won’t say they are from which insurance so when they deduct you run around like a headless chicken. Sies abusing the elderly for a quick buck, how would they join an insurance they know nothing about no paperwork no telephonic recorded consent, that is emotional and financial abuse of the elderly, I wonder who was put as a beneficiary if my mother had passed on, this is actually ***** *****ing from old people disgusting. Yes I know it’s clientele because she went to sassa today to stop the debit order and she was told by the official there. you better pay back that money or im blasting you on every social media every opportunity i get to tell them how shameless you are pay it back and stop ****ming elderly
Yoh there is a lot going on but i eill do tell more right now their service provider is refusing to release my car, because she doesn't nit believe in all the emails communicated with them to release the car at this rate only God must present himself and tell to release it st firsthelp car assist sitting there snd fighting eith clients when they present proof
Makro on line is dealing with with shady suppliers who are dragging their name down, people who do not have proper address for collection of paid items, people who are not professional, people who do not know what they're doing. If you buy on line just know its a guy on the corner who probably get their products grom Joburg cbd or china mall with no proper customer service, with no proper address for the courier to be able to connect. Im very disappointed at how both makro and their "supp****" are doing business, used to think makro was the real deal but now they just dealing with ****sters on their behalf, wonder how long that will them in business
Like how can you call everyday for a same problem but none of the employees can help, they ask you the same stupid questions over and over again but do not provide a solution, every body sucks the solution of their thumb, they keep saying they will call you, when they call you and you miss a call they send a message saying call them back you call them back no one knows what you are talking about, like can you treat people with a little bit of respect and have a sense of urgency, I've been your customer for more than 10 years and each and every year your service is becoming poor or it's because now you are rich from our money, poor poor poor service and I'm gonna scream that every where every chance
Wow what a wonderful optometrist, i had initially went in dec 2024 and was tested by someone else and in February needed my script for eye test, whatsapped and they said come through and get. Found the owner and we a serious misunderstanding where i left without getting the script and had also informed her im not happy with my glasses. They called me same day and asked i return when i returned and made another appointment she really really made it up to me and we both realised were both not on agood space that day, but what i really appreciated is her making an effort, testing my eyes and understanding what the problem was and she took my glasses for a redo and removed some of the things added , wow my lady you have gained a lifetime customer and I appreciate how realised where it went wrong and made an effort to correct it. You really didn't need to but your customer service is 100% and any who needs glasses our Roodepoort neovisioon Horizon is your place. Thank you for turning a1 to a 100.
Please stay away from spar goldman's street, they racial profile people, twice now after buying they ask for slip first time it happened i thought maybe im overreacting it happened again and i have been using that shop for more than10 years and they never ask for slips so they look at you and you look like a ***** how? I now my money is adrop in an oceal but i work hard for my money to be disrespected, if you know you don't look like money they will look at you like a *****, disrespectful sies
Been with the company for years and i love their service so much that i have insured my second car and their premiums are very affordable.

Ok I complained on this platform about Vodacom service where I have been a loyal customer for more than 10years, I would like to report back that they have resolved my billing issues smoothly, so when they also do good we publish.
Vodacom does not respect their customers people don't know anything you ask they just respond how they feel and you are stuck, no accountability nothing, they quick to call when you miss a payment but they don't refund if they over charged you, their call centre agents don't know what they talking about, they omit information to keep you stuck and pay for more
