I bought a nescafe dolce gusto machine from takalot and it had missing items. I was advised to return the item so they can do an investigation to see how and when items was removed from the box. The box was delivered and not sealed. I returned item and my account was credited instead of them returning my money. Then I had to repurchase the item for R140 more then the initial amount. Item was delivered for the second time and guess what, it was the exact same item. My mom asked the delivery guy once again why is the box not sealed, they explained that the boxes are not sealed, yet again the pod was removed I even had pictures where you can see it was torn out. I call the call center, they said the warehouse wants me to return which I am not doing again to repurchase and pay more. I have so many emails, back and forth. The only thing I want is for the dolce gusto pods to be replaced. Nescafe dolce gusto is giving false adverti*****ts about what to expect and what is delivered. I'm disgusted by takalot and their delivery service DHL
