Good day, I am writing this compliant of your poor service I received on multiple occasions. Every time I buy stuff kfc there is things missing or this time around canceled.CAS-2096130-F4Q8C4 You state that you strive for excellence however you always fail to deliver what you strive for. I am most annoyed and my impression of your company and your service has been tarnished. I buy from you every month and each and every time there is an issue. And I guess that next month the same thing will happen again, next time I won't be writing an email. I would like someone to contact me regarding this and please ensure that my refund to my bank account and my voucher which I used is credited to me. been more than 6 months that I loaded R150 on the uber app. For some reason I could not use it. I have load money on before and it worked, but now it is not working at all. I obviously brought it under their attention a few months ago and they gave me an explanation instead of fixing the problem. Now I bought myself a new phone, downloaded the app however I still can not use it. Complained again and now they are giving me a story about violating something and having two devices or two different apps but still no solution. They clearly can not or will not fix the issue, I asked them to refund me but they are not saying anything about my money. 8 want my money back and delete the app ASAP
A few months ago I was unemployed and wanted to see what body Future gym eersterivier is about as the gym in soneike moved abit further. I called and a lady called busy asked me to come into the branch. On arrival I was greeted by the manager Simba who I explained that I am in employed but I was looking for a short term 3 month contract. He wrote on the contract that it is only for 3 months and that I could pay cash. I got a call last week that they signed me up for a 12 month contract, how they can sign up someone who is unemployed for a year I don't understand. I was mislead. This is against the law I know that so I contacted one of the owners on luan@bodyfuture.co.za this person is saying that simba offered me a once off 3 month contract which is 700, this is the first time I hear of this and on top of that I need to pay an amount over 1000 for something I never signed up for. I was given an option for woman's month or some promotion that was running never this. This manager or owner never apologized, I requested simba to call me he never called and they refusing to send me the contact I never received a copy. I do not recommend body Future gym, they will do anything scam unemployed people into a sale and they have the poorest customer service. Now they calling me for some boot camp. Therse are scammers I'm disgusted with their customer service.
Since May 20222 no response from nescafe. I was told I'll receive the missing coffee pods. Nothing. They know how to con people, never will I ever buy any product from them. Nescafe dolce gusto machine company is unreliable.
Standard bank I do not recommend since they have ridiculous banking charges. I recently moved from capitec to standard bank. A few days ago I went to a restaurant, I paid my bill and there was R3 short in my account but they allowed the transaction to go through. I wasn't aware of this because I have a tax free savings account linked to my Mymo account and I had enough funds available in the tax free. I checked my account today and they deducted R132 for an amount of R3 that wasn't in my account to cover my bill. I called call center and the agent explained this to me I am still shocked. They could have just deducted the R3 now I need to pay a 132 penalty fee or honoring fee on a R3 how ridiculous. Then at the end of my call I asked the agent to put me through to the survey and guess what he said yes but intentionally dropped the call. I want my money back or I go back to Capitec Bank.my Ref was 704553977
After several complaints and calls dolce gusto has not returned my calls for the missing coffee pods. I was promised either a voucher and or product but Nescafe dolce gusto machine company has not delivered. Do not waste time buying this product especially from Takalot where is purchased it from. I really hope after the called me back I would receive at least the miss items, I have not received any. I'm sitting with this machine and can't do anything with it. I do not recommend this brand.

I was advised to return the item so they can do an investigation to see how and when items was removed from the box. The box was delivered and not sealed. I returned item and my account was credited instead of them returning my money. Then I had to repurchase the item for R140 more then the initial amount. Item was delivered for the second time and guess what, it was the exact same item. My mom asked the delivery guy once again why is the box not sealed, they explained that the boxes are not sealed, yet again the pod was removed I even had pictures where you can see it was torn out. I call the call center, they said the warehouse wants me to return which I am not doing again to repurchase and pay more. I have so many emails, back and forth. The only thing I want is for the dolce gusto pods to be replaced. Nescafe dolce gusto is giving false adverti*****ts about what to expect and what is delivered. I'm disgusted by takalot and their delivery service DHL

Kfc Bluedowns is a walk away from my house, every time I go there the experience and food gets really bad. It's officially a month after logging my concerns about burned food, calling their call center, numerous emails and on top of that a manager who was supposed to call and a manager with bad attitude. I won't even give them 1 star, I'll give them zero stars for their service delivery.
