NET ASSESS, APPOINTED BY CIB INSURANCE, HAS TREATED ME AND MY CASE WITH THE UTMOST DISREGARD AND DISRESPECT. IN CAHOOTS WITH RENEW IT, THEY HAVE SMEERED SHUT THE INADEQUATE REPAIR AND DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE. THEY HAVE MADE FALSE ASSUMPTIONS AND ALLOGATIONS REGARDING MY VEHICLE. I AM ALSO NOT GIVEN A SERVICE MANAGER'S CONTACT NAME UPON REQUEST. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY VEHICLE REPAIRED ADEQUATELY SINCE 7 AUGUST 2025 BUT THEY ARE PERSISTENT ON INACCURATELY ASSESSING THE PROOF OF NEGLIGENT REPAIR AND DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE. I HAVE BEEN STRANDED WITHOUT TRANSPORT SINCE 7 AUGUST. WHERE DO I TURN TO FOR HELP?
