I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from NetAssess.
I was advised by NetAssess that my vehicle was a write-off, which came as a shock and caused a great deal of stress and frustration. However, after personally viewing the vehicle and consulting with a reputable repairer, it became very clear that the car was repairable and should never have been classified as a write-off.
The assessment and quotation provided by NetAssess were incorrect and inaccurately priced, significantly overstating the damage and repair costs. This assessment did not reflect the actual condition of my vehicle at all. As a customer, this raises serious concerns about the accuracy, reliability, and transparency of their assessment process.
Had I accepted their assessment without question, I would have unnecessarily lost my vehicle — a vehicle that was later repaired well below the write-off value and restored to excellent condition. This experience has left me questioning whose interests were truly being prioritised during the assessment.
I believe customers deserve honest, accurate, and unbiased assessments, especially when decisions as serious as writing off a vehicle are involved. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to seek a second opinion before accepting a NetAssess write-off decision.
This entire situation could have been avoided with a proper and accurate assessment from the start.
