Netcare's math aint mathing.

My husband was admitted to Netcare Alberton for 8 days. The medical aid paid for 6 days. The math I was taught leaves me with2 days unpaid. Numerous calls and emails, and their math works out to 8-6=4. I was even told by a call centre agent that the call it taking too long and he has to go now. I am just now getting anywhere to explain this to anyone in the group, and with refusal to assist me with the case manager to follow up directly at the facility. I have even now been blacklisted by them.
