I changed my gap cover after being with the previous one for many years to Netcare as they cover shortfalls on specialists. I put a claim in at the beginning of February. I have resent it a couple of times and wait forever for a response when I query it. When I do get a response there is always a problem or some excuse. I tried calling more than once but got transferred from one person to another and eventually the call is ended. I have requested that they call me on numerous occasions but have not had any response to that either.
