I made an online payment but haven't received the payment confirmation email. I need the confirmation to claim the money back from my employer.

I mailed the business, but no replies from them. After I spoke to 3 different persons on the phone, there were no success either. No help. Netcash payments cannot be trusted. I will never use their online payment option again. I will request a payment reversal from my bank then.
