I refer to our prior email correspondence regarding my Citroën C3. Before requesting a price, I explicitly stated that the vehicle is a non-runner. This was done deliberately to avoid unnecessary processes and wasted time for both parties. Despite this, I was informed today by your salesperson, Bryan (WBC Vredenburg), that the vehicle cannot be purchased because it is a non-runner. Bryan further advised that your team proceeds with the process even when a client has already disclosed that the vehicle is a non-runner, in order to confirm this themselves. This approach is both inefficient and unreasonable, particularly when the vehicle’s condition was clearly disclosed upfront and acknowledged during earlier communication. Proceeding under these circumstances contradicts the purpose of requesting full disclosure from the client in the first place. My family and I have been loyal clients of your company for many years and have consistently received excellent service. This experience, however, reflects a clear breakdown in communication and raises serious concerns regarding inconsistent policies. I request a clear explanation as to whether different branches operate under different policies, and why I was permitted to proceed with the process despite the vehicle clearly not meeting your stated criteria. I expect your urgent clarification on this matter.
No customer service here. Selling a vehicle, its been 3 days since I uploaded application on their app and back and forth mails/|WhatsApp messages. Better to sell your vehicle on other customer friendly platforms.

Initially, communication was prompt and assurances were given that my debt would be managed responsibly and consolidated after a five-year payment term, as agreed. Shortly after signing, serious issues arose: Non-payment of creditors during the first three months Finfix/Afriskuld failed to pay any of my creditors during the first three months of the agreement. I was later informed that these payments were used for their own fees. This was never disclosed to me upfront. I was explicitly assured that my accounts would not fall into arrears and that my debt would be managed according to the agreed plan. Unilateral extension of my payment term On 20 December 2025, upon reviewing my account for the first time in a while, I discovered that my payment term had been extended by an additional two years. This change was made without my consent or prior notification, less than a year into the agreement. When queried, the explanation given was that they “negotiate the smaller terms,” which does not justify extending my contractual obligation by years. This is not what was agreed, and such a material change is unacceptable. As a direct result of these actions, I am now in a worse financial position than I was before engaging Afriskuld / Finfix. The lack of transparency, failure to honour the agreed payment structure, and unilateral alteration of contract terms raise serious concerns. I consider this a breach of agreement and misrepresentation. I am currently seeking legal advice and will be pursuing all available avenues to terminate this arrangement and recover any damages suffered. This matter requires urgent attention.

We agreed to a five‑year repayment plan, after which my debt would be consolidated. However, the reality has been very different: First three months unpaid: For the first three months, none of my creditors were paid. I was later told this period was used for their own fees — something I was never informed about upfront. Despite assurances that I would not fall behind, this left me exposed. Unilateral contract change: On 20 December 2025, I logged into the app and discovered, without warning, that my repayment term had been extended by two years. This is less than a year into the agreement. If this continues, will I be paying for 10 years or more? This is not what I signed up for. Dismissive response: When I raised the issue, their explanation was that they “negotiate the smaller terms.” This response is inadequate and dismissive of the serious impact on my financial position. I am now in a worse situation than before engaging with Afriskuld/Finfix. Their conduct is unacceptable, and I consider this a breach of trust and agreement. I will be consulting my lawyer and pursuing every possible avenue to free myself from what increasingly appears to be a ****.
