Rude Service Consultants
This is very frustrating that the service provider that is supposed to be assisting is not rendering an appalling service. I have send more than 6 email and still not been assisted. the 0861338338 number is offline and when they've decided to answer your been transferred to 3 departments and they just drop your call without any explanation. I have paid my hard earned money for the electricity and this bad company does not want to resolve my money. Proof of payment is been received by Protea Metering not sure what's so hard to service customer. I need this resolved in the next 12 hours.

I'm still getting the roundabout regarding this matter. Today still my issue is not yet resolved.
Is there anyone higher I can speak to get my issue resolved. Between Netcash and Protea Metering someone is playing games that I don't time for honest. I pay for services and I demand service.

I would love to appreciate the 2 ladies (Nondumiso and Khutso Magano) who took their time and making sure that my query has been resolve and this happened in one day of me been in-contact with both of them.
