This is very frustrating that the service provider that is supposed to be assisting is not rendering an appalling service. I have send more than 6 email and still not been assisted. the 0861338338 number is offline and when they've decided to answer your been transferred to 3 departments and they just drop your call without any explanation. I have paid my hard earned money for the electricity and this bad company does not want to resolve my money. Proof of payment is been received by Protea Metering not sure what's so hard to service customer. I need this resolved in the next 12 hours.
This was my first time at the establishment at Chris Habi Ackerman's and what I have experienced is hurting to see an employee by the name of Sophie treating customers with such appalling behaviour. She was rude, shouting even at small kids crying were making her irritable. What made it worse is her fellow colleagues laughing to her outbursts whilst her behaviour was just unwelcoming. I will never visit that's establishment again, as they brought a bad taste of what we experienced maybe we are in townships then we must be treated by that.
This company is pathetic and appalling, the online chat centre agents are just bad for business. You cannot follow scripted answers in everything. How does one pay for services and you don't enjoy what you paid for? I paid for the the DSTV stream package and Showmax is reactivated immediate but DSTV not, and when I enquire I've been told my money is not reflecting as yet. Then deactivate Showmax as well then???
DecoFurn, This is very alarming that your call center agents cannot track orders that customers order online. When we call we are advised that is no way they can track orders dispatched to the so called HUBs in Pretoria. This is a delaying tactics that you have taught your agents to lie to customers and that's very appalling tactic. You don't maintain your website for easy tracking of orders and you continue to send pre-scripted emails to delay deliveries. One cannot pay R300 to R400 of delivery to be bluntly lied to by your brand. This is wrong business practice and need to be stopped.
Webafrica/Vumatel. Pls continue to ignore my previous communications on Twitter, Whatsapp, Facebook and Hellopeter. I've decided to cancel your services. Everything about your brand is pathetic and appalling. Anyone interested in this so called fibre to home from Vumatel and Webafrica just play far. You will have headaches and endless losing money trying and pleaing for services that you've payed for to start with and not getting from this disgusting companies....
Please advise of there's any direct contact with Webafrica as thier whatsapp chat-bot is absolutely ridiculous and takes an hour to respond and when it responds it drops. I've been offline since this morning and getting the run around. Honestly I'm getting tired of this appealing service since I subscribed last month the 15th. This is ridiculous and appalling. I want to cancel this service. The after service is really something else.
I have been debited twice even if I've instructed them to terminate the account as I'm no longer utilizing their services and have escalated my frustrations to Accelerit Fibre channels for assistance and I've been ignored till today. Accelerit continues with business and their after sales is appalling. I'm not a Lewis Store customer but I've been exposed to very bad and appalling service at one of tour stores as Chris Hani Mall (Vosloorus) twice in two months I've been there to pay my relatives account wit Lewis. Firstly the store there is a mess and smelly. There's no order at all, that's why we've been exposed to such bad service. You enter and they don't even care, they walk around doing their own things, eat, laugh and dance to music whilst there's queues of people waiting to be assisted by one person whom also at times be disturbed by others as they don't have anything to do. Most of the customers there are elderly people and they been treated badly, waiting for long unattended. They will just pass you more than 3 times without offering any kind of service or even ask if they can assist you. There's a gentleman there whom I think is a manager, he also just look at do nothing. Lewis management please attend to Lewis Store at Chris Hani in Vosloorus. Bad Service to the core.
