I don't even want to give one star, should be a zero. Extremely POOR service. I played R803 per month for WI-FI package and only got a 1/4 of the agreed amount of upload and download ability, if I was lucky. Poor communication from company to client. Empty promises made by company to client. Rude owner. Will NOT recommend.

When we moved from one house to another my current ISP could not help. Netcorp IT went the extra mile to get me connected. We have had issues with the area and decided to move again and the friendly staff at Netcorp IT even offered to help me search for a home in a more suitable area in their own time.

Mense ek kla nie baie nie maar as ek kla is daar goeie rede... Bly asb weg van die volgende internet/wifi providers... NETCORPIT EN RASSWIFI... Ek het met albei n stel afgetrap en was nog nooit in my lewe so geskok oor hoe n eienaar van n maatskappy met sy kliente praat nie... Die eienaar van Netcorp IT is Pieter du Toit... Hulle belowe die son, maan en sterre maar al wat jy kry is beloftes... Ons het die 14de Des aangesluit by Netcorp IT en het een dag tot en met gister die 07 Jan 19 die megabites gekry wat ons voor betaal het... Ek het gister dit gekanseleer... ek voeg by die bdskappe wat die eienaars vir hulle kliente stuur en ook bewyse van hoe swak hulle diens is... Ek het n 8mbps lyn gehad maar het miskien 3mbps ontvang... julle kan gerus gaan kyk op hulle Facebook blad asook Hello Peter van hoe erg die mense kla oor hulle patetiese diens...

Terrible service, pathetic customer relation, worst internet provider I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Half the month you don't have service but are still expected to pay the full fee.

Pathetic service. Promises to return calls hardly ever get kept, credit for downtime never passed. Speeds are never constant, pay for 20mbps li e and 20 out of 30 days only receive 2mbps and they keep blaming old staff members and their service provider but still refuses to pass credit. Mr. Du Toit refuses to accept calls and is always in a meeting or too sick to phone you back. Most pathetic service provider you will ever find, service is evem worse than municipal and Telkom.

Well done NetCorp IT Group once again you have managed to prove that your service sucks! 10 days without internet in October and no internet so far for November. Logged the call for your boss to come sort out your **** workmanship on Tuesday and you have still not shown face to fix this. Karin, that cannot do more than one thing at a time because she "only has two hands" (as per her excuse) has now taken a day and half to send me a copy of my contract with you (of which I have still not received this). Please people, if you ar considering using these people for internet, it might be a good idea to stear clear of them.
