i Guys, anyone else had poor service delivery from NETFLORIST. I placed an order at 06:25am on 26 May 2026 for an Anniversary gift for my Wife and tracked order all day with not updates on thier system. Then I cancelled order way before 17h00 the same day then get an alert that the order was out for delivery at 17h15 and now I'm liable for 15% handling fee and delivery charges. Driver arrived at my property at 18h30 and tells me it was the first delivery on his schedule. Am I still liable for the charges? They say it's within thier delivery timeframes and I'm still liable.
Please don't use NETFLORIST for your gifting, they will disappoint. Go check the Reviews first, people are appalled at thier service. By the way, this was my first time ever using Neflorist and will never ever use them again. My wife uses them for Company gifting with same issue and now they also stopping using them This is also going onto My Broadband as well after reading all the reviews, I should have done my homework before using them.😤😤😤
