i Guys, anyone else had poor service delivery from NETFLORIST. I placed an order at 06:25am on 26 May 2026 for an Anniversary gift for my Wife and tracked order all day with not updates on thier system. Then I cancelled order way before 17h00 the same day then get an alert that the order was out for delivery at 17h15 and now I'm liable for 15% handling fee and delivery charges. Driver arrived at my property at 18h30 and tells me it was the first delivery on his schedule. Am I still liable for the charges? They say it's within thier delivery timeframes and I'm still liable. Please don't use NETFLORIST for your gifting, they will disappoint. Go check the Reviews first, people are appalled at thier service. By the way, this was my first time ever using Neflorist and will never ever use them again. My wife uses them for Company gifting with same issue and now they also stopping using them This is also going onto My Broadband as well after reading all the reviews, I should have done my homework before using them.😤😤😤
The online upgrades division are absolutely useless and cannot take simple instructions from a client. They messed up my upgrades and going on 2 months since and still not resolved. When they say they will return a call, they call and allow it to ring once and that supposed to mean that they returned the call. Again Amanda Moodley has upgraded my account or God knows what she has done and I am still struggling to get All my recordings regarding my whatever she has done. When I asked for my recordings, she only managed to get the very first recoding when she tried selling me the new upgrades. Pathetic service from incompetent people. Are they just putting bums in seats these days because Vodacom has surely lost the plot when it comes to Customer Service or Service delivery timeframes.
Dealt with a woman by the name of Amanda Moodley who did an upgrade on 2 contracts of mine and messed them up royally. On the initial call, she gave me an option and I did an upgrade on my primary contract in the first week of March 2021. Within the same week I cancelled that contract and upgraded to a larger data package which was data only for R199 but for some reason she upstaged my old contract and I ended up paying over R500 for a contract. My initial 3 contracts amounted to around R803.00 but since she did my so called upgrades I ended up paying R1024.00. I must have made I’ve 5 to 6 calls during March to have this resolved but to no avail. I then tried numerous times in April and on 12 April 2021, the upgrade was so called resolved. When I chef the my Vodacom app, my amounts still did not add up. My request to have 2 contracts upgraded to 20GB day and 20GB night @ R199 was now reflecting over R210 and upon checking did I notice that it included CLIP charges. I then logged a service call and when Amanda did call me back, she gave me some excuse that apparently I added this service via the My Vodacom App but when I checked the app, it states otherwise and does not reflect any such transactions. During this period I must have spoken to over 4 to 5 agents to have this resolved and it’s still not to date. I am sure this is an external agency operating on behalf of Vodacom to rip people off and boy are they incompetent, this is what you get when you employ uneducated people to offer online services. You know what, not even Vodacom has contact details of the said agents in order for you to contact them and nobody knows anybody to resolve your queries. I have requested email confirmations of my upgrades and still to date nothing provided which would have made life so much easier to resolve. I even requested all my recordings, but Amanda was only able to get me my first call when she contacted me to offer me the upgrades. Vodacom is absolutely frustrating to deal with and a bunch of thieves. A Senior Agent by the name of Sarah (surname unknown), also confirmed I would receive a refund because of Amanda’s stuff ups but nobody can confirm whom Sarah is. This is the number I was given to contact them 08217844 option 3. My 3 contract is done correctly would have now cost me R547.00. This is 2 x R199 and 1 x R147.00. I am sick of Vodacom and it’s incompetent staff or their Agents
