I am a subscriber of Network 24 for more than 7 years. I have made a payment for the subscription on 12 April 2024. I have send the proof of payment on the wapp number which were given to me. Today I received a message that the subscription has been cancelled due to non-payment. After several phone calls, I had to submit the proof of payment again by whatsapp, just to receive a message that it will take another 3 days for Finance department to allocate the payment. So this money were received by Netwerk 24 one week ago and still not been allocated? This service is really pathetic. I spoke to a lady by the name of Esme on wapp, hence it got worst.
