Earlier this year I subscribed to Network24. The online subscription process was seamless. I decided to cancel the subscription in August 2025. Despite sending emails to the support desk (indicated on their website) as the online cancellation was unsuccessful, deductions from my bank account still took place. On request of the Call Centre Agent - I sent all supporting documentation to process a refund and affect the cancellation. 4 months later and many emails to them. I was informed as a customer it was my fault and they will not refund the subscription fees. This despite all evidence that I have followed due process. I do not recommend subscribing with Netwerk24. They are not customer centred. Their processes are inefficient and bias to the company.
