1. insurance that takes over 6 months to review a claim. 2. Their assessor Thiro naidoo who fabricates information/witness information so that he could benefit from rejecting claims. 3. Dawn who's their claims manager asked to meet up with me with regards to the claim, however I referred her to my broker as he is the one who helped me get this insurance in the first place. He was sick and could not meet up with them, and asked to meet up a week later, however dawn decided to take the decision from inaccurate info provided by Thiro rejected my claim.
I will be taking this to the ombud, and definitely report Thiro for misrepresentation.
