What a horrible experience from three agents already... three... My account has been locked, and no one is bothering to assist. I have important debit orders coming out today and my account is still locked, like what the hell...
How do you guys add vitality on my gym membership and then cancel it at a later stage without even notifying me? Now my gym subscription is very high. No I have to pay R1500 to link it to my gym membership, whats the point of taking it in the first place
Randburg gym is probably the best, but the admin of virgin active in general is horrible. The insufficient info provided when you change home gyms is ridiculous. gyms of the same tier have different prices, why? On a call, this lady confirmed charge fee of R80 for changing gyms, now I found out I was charged an amount of premium prescription for just gyming in centurion while I was never aware. and also, how do you block my access and charge me for the month I did not have access to? If you lock my access, I expect not to be charged any premiums until I have paid... That makes sense.
I have my loan that I took with them insured with abacus. I informed them about my situation and they do no even bother to follow up with the insurance about the loan. their consultant vuyokazi offers the worst service ever. its been three months now
I've submitted my claim for the loan insured with them a month ago, and sending back to back follow up emails without any feedback. this has not been settled even today.
1. insurance that takes over 6 months to review a claim. 2. Their assessor Thiro naidoo who fabricates information/witness information so that he could benefit from rejecting claims. 3. Dawn who's their claims manager asked to meet up with me with regards to the claim, however I referred her to my broker as he is the one who helped me get this insurance in the first place. He was sick and could not meet up with them, and asked to meet up a week later, however dawn decided to take the decision from inaccurate info provided by Thiro rejected my claim. I will be taking this to the ombud, and definitely report Thiro for misrepresentation.
Hi vodacome it's been a week now no one from your team is willing to assist me. Twitter Vodacom is really embarassing because they act like they want to help and send you back to failed system of your branches. I have claimed my phone weeks ago, and this my second complain without any of your employees bothering themselves. I have sent an email twice to Grace Mapeta, Mpofu and Kenaope. It's over a week now they ignore my emails. What's the point if Vodacom complaints is going to send complaints to them and do nothing? Guys I pay for my insurance and never missed a payment. Kindly give me my money for my phone, I'll purchase one myself because no one from Vodacom is willing to assist. And it's sad if my surname was Van Wyk you would have assisted a long time ago.
I'm very disappointed in all three branches of vodacom in sandton. the claiming process is nearly impossible. Its been two weeks now following on my claim. I'm supposed to upgrading and getting a new phone since I'm done paying for the old one. But I am definitely in doubt now. I really want my phone, I've spent two weeks without a phone.
