Complaint from a Broker: I would like to understand why the vehicle was not removed from my client’s name immediately. This oversight is entirely unacceptable. My client was shocked and understandably distressed to discover that they are now liable for a fine associated with a vehicle that no longer belongs to them. It is my expectation that the individual responsible for processing the de-registration—whose negligence has caused this situation—takes full responsibility for the resulting fine. Incidents of this nature reflect extremely poorly on both insurers and brokers and are precisely the type of service failures that regulatory bodies such as the FSCA aim to prevent. This type of complaint and many other verbal complaints directed at Brokers and received by administrators, underline that in my experience once New National is dissatisfied with an administrator's claim ratio, their actions towards administrators causes complaints like the above and administrators and Brokers to have clients leave their services.

This company won't pay for a swollen battery on my phone that is not even 2 years old. According to them; "Please be advise that a swollen battery is not a peril covered by the policy." Would definitely not recommend this company to any other people as this is not great service. Definitely canceling everything with this company!!

1. insurance that takes over 6 months to review a claim. 2. Their assessor Thiro naidoo who fabricates information/witness information so that he could benefit from rejecting claims. 3. Dawn who's their claims manager asked to meet up with me with regards to the claim, however I referred her to my broker as he is the one who helped me get this insurance in the first place. He was sick and could not meet up with them, and asked to meet up a week later, however dawn decided to take the decision from inaccurate info provided by Thiro rejected my claim. I will be taking this to the ombud, and definitely report Thiro for misrepresentation.

I had an exceptional experience with New National Assurance Company when I needed assistance the most. The service provided was prompt, efficient, and hassle-free. I also want to commend the team at My Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd for their exceptional customer service. They are always available, caring, and easy to reach. Overall, my experience with both companies was excellent, and I highly recommend them for their outstanding service.

New national why are you sending an email to the panelbeaters that you took my vehicle to fix telling them that they are no longer authorised to carry out repairs ..why did you authorise then later choose to stop them from fixing my vehicle why do you send a company called corporate insurance consultants to ask me about my whereabouts the day ihad an accident, asking me if iwas drunk, asking me why was I at the car wash for more than 7 hours and telling me that they suspecting that I already had an incident hence I stayed so long in the car wash, why do you send people to ask for my bank statement, why do you send people to go and search my ITC RECORDS who’s this Zelda Grobler? Do I have a contract with her or you? Why are you not talking to my broker who is DCI why do you see the need of bullying me?

I knew that when I chose My Insurance Brokers to handle my car & house insurance I will by far no doubt get the best service. Kiren Singh and New National Assurance Comoany are truly heroes when it came to handling a recent claim of mine, it was done with ease, peace of mind and such care and professionalism. I never thought of receiving such service with such a low premium which Kiren had from the onset negotiated with the New National Assurance team. The thing I loved about my experience of getting insurance was that everything was transparent whereas Kiren had told me of how New National never complained to give me a lower premium after they had heard about my personal situation. I just want to say thank you and commend My Insurance Brokers and New National Assurance for being there for me

Have been with New National client for some years now. 3 claims with excellent service. I have found, it helps to know your terms and conditions, and most of all have a broker that knows his industry.
