Unhappy client
Iwas involved in accident last week Sunday and every process was followed accordingly my car was towed to the panel beater and the claim was authorised….then all of sudden I’m receiving a call from the panel beater telling me that the insurance which is new national stopped them from carrying out the repairs because its “TOO EXPENSIVE “ it doesn’t end there they further more send some ****** white woman to interrogate me ,this lady was saying I was drinking she wants my bank statement and my iTC REPORT and even said the car was already damaged why was i at the carwash for a long time it means the were people trying to fix the car where it was damaged and she said a lot that made me see that she’s saying all these negative things because I’m a black person, I’ve never been profiled like that before ,so new national assurance you even undermine my broker because they weren’t even aware that you stopped the repairs because they were too expensive imagine just for repairs on the front bumper and headlights they say it’s too expensive but when I joined they never mentioned that they will only authorise if it’s cheaper, this profiling should stop very frivolous .

Worst experience from new national assurance company
New national why are you sending an email to the panelbeaters that you took my vehicle to fix telling them that they are no longer authorised to carry out repairs ..why did you authorise then later choose to stop them from fixing my vehicle why do you send a company called corporate insurance consultants to ask me about my whereabouts the day ihad an accident, asking me if iwas drunk, asking me why was I at the car wash for more than 7 hours and telling me that they suspecting that I already had an incident hence I stayed so long in the car wash, why do you send people to ask for my bank statement, why do you send people to go and search my ITC RECORDS who’s this Zelda Grobler? Do I have a contract with her or you? Why are you not talking to my broker who is DCI why do you see the need of bullying me?

Tyre and rim guard auto and general vaps scam
I have a tyre and rim cover with auto&general and I would like to warn everyone thinking of taking one with them DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY they are crooks they will give you a run around until you give up they will always claim that they haven't received your supporting documents from tiger wheels and ask you to resend and you'll do exactly that and the next thing it's like they flag 🚩 your number so that when you call they don't pick up they keep you waiting for the relevant department the whole time but I then tried with a different number and funny enough within 3minutes they pick up so eventually they told me stories like I'm supposed to use their whatsapp line to make things easy ido exactly that but they just blue tick and never help auto and general you're a disgrace scamming people idon't believe such a big name like yours you really stoop so low.

This company is a bunch of crooks that robs off people they have been working with budget insurance to insult me 26 october 2020 had an accident with someone who's insured under budget insurance and budget sent them to handle my case and I sent everything they asked for and they dont send anyone to check the car for damages they just asked for fotos after concluding the matter they paid out R9173 for my car which has damages worth R55k caused by the client of budget insurance so I hope and pray for the worst to this organization idon't have legal representation so all ican hope and pray for is the worst to everyone who was working on my claim

Budget insurance is a bad insurance company
Budget insurance is very corrupt they sent a company called TIHSA to assess my car and this morning the 18th of December they sent me a settlement amount 0f R9173 but the damage to the car when idid quotation its worth around R45k to 50k they do the assessment with pictures they don't come to check the car I wouldn't advise anyone to choose them you always call them and all they do is waste your time at the end spit in your face
