New fridge not working and New World Menlyn not responding regarding replacement

New World Menlyn delivered a new H310BIT fridge on the 21st of July, within that week the fridge stopped getting cold, I reported it withing the 7 day exchange period, a technician confirmed the fridge must be replaced, a week later New World till hasn't come back to me. I'm having to throw food away!!
