New World Menlyn delivered a new H310BIT fridge on the 21st of July, within that week the fridge stopped getting cold, I reported it withing the 7 day exchange period, a technician confirmed the fridge must be replaced, a week later New World till hasn't come back to me. I'm having to throw food away!!
My Dyson vacuum cleaner was collected over 2 weeks ago as the battery wasn't lasting, I have been trying to call and email and am getting no response, the phone just rings and the cellphone number isn't working. I just want my vacuum back even if it's not repaired.
I have been trying to get through telephonically to Bookings.com for a week, I have loaded airtime 3 times as I've waited over an hour each time, it says my call will be answered in 10 min, sometimes 5 min but no one ever answers. Their site doesn't give you an option to send an email or contact them, all the drop down boxes only give advice but I can't get hold of them at all. Anyone have advice, I am in South Africa.
