Good customer service
Nicole Kruger had excellent customer service, when I called to enquire about my mom's booking she was quick resolve the issue and ensured that her stay was comfortable. We really appreciate the warm hospitality please keep it up.

Noise
Terrible noise room next door, I think someone slept with the tv on, asked reception to help out, they just didn’t care. Not a good place to rest at all. I will never use this Hotel ever again. I didn’t sleep and they just don’t care. Yooh!
