Bought a belt at their Clearwater store, and sales lady Kealeboga Senyasamore damaged it. It’s not the first time having issue with this store, I just never learned I don’t have a good luck with this shop. Now I’m battling to get my refund or replacement belt. Now I’m not sure I need to seek further help to make myself heard to plead for my refund.

Treatment I received from FNB Branch corner Main and Republic rd Ferndale teller and the manager that was working on the 3th June 2019 @14:10 was unfair. I have a business account and personal account with them and I gave them plenty business for my business vehicle finance more than three cars I bought with them. I believe to be a customer to them I can get help and correct advice. One of my customers paid us with stained money which I believe from either atm banking booming or cash in-transit hijack unfortunately my drive accepted the money. And I went to them (fnb main rd) to say how can they help me with this money because I bank with them. I think that girl thought that because I am a black person she can just start telling me I have stolen the money, R300. I said but I have too much to loose to come to the bank to be arrested for R300. The only thing that she could tell me was we are taking this money you will not get it back. And I ask how is this helping me as it is a transaction in my business which I have to have a record, and is it gonna be a matter of just just giving the money to you without a record even for bookkeeping. She left me on the counter to her so called manager, when they call me the only thing they say was, we will call police for you and you will tell them where you got that money. Well I felt that even if they had a right to hold that money but this was not the way I was suppose to be treated. What is it that tells me they don't take that money for themselves because there is no document nor paper work except telling me they will call police.
Terrible noise room next door, I think someone slept with the tv on, asked reception to help out, they just didn’t care. Not a good place to rest at all. I will never use this Hotel ever again. I didn’t sleep and they just don’t care. Yooh!
I am not someone to write reviews but I think I have to write to help someone else who can also be a victim. My truck Kia broke engine and I took to this garage and they opened the engine. Broke pistons and could not be fixed than buying an engine for them to fit in. I agreed on that because I had no choice. Now the engine they said they have a supplier where they can buy engine, those engines are imports and are not used more than 100000 kms and are 3ltr than mine which was 2700. Well engine ran only 100000kms that is good news and that lady who is in front reception explained that where they import these engines from there is a regulation that their cars can't keep engines for more than 100000kms and I fell for that story. They quoted me above R38,000.00 and I paid them deposit. When they have bought the engine and ready to install I went there to see the engine and that was the dirtiest engine I have ever seen with oil like mad. I thought maybe its just my eyes but I was trouble in my heart. Engine installed fetched the car (they kept insisting that the engine is less 100000kms) drove it and was creating dark cloud of smoke. Checking water there was rust yellow dirty water showing that the engine was very old. When taking the car back to them the owner of this garage was telling me all the lies and nonses stories, even today I am stuck with that engine spending money trying to get it right. IF YOU THINK DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS GARAGE, THINK AGAIN. And I was their regular customer fixing all my cars there, but when I was bringing them big job, they only thought for their pockets at my expense.

Put my bag in the boot but I see a small dent on rare bamper. This time there is no staff where I collect that I may show anyone. When returning the car I inform the man that car had that dent but it also looks old. Now they billing me for the damage in the vehicle, I spoke to Nhlanhla Radele who I had to call number of times to reply but no help. Eventually Claudia Mac Kenzie Branch Manager sent email that they looked for previous records bill will stay. The fact is that dent is old and they had no staff to assist when I was fetching the car that I would show them this. She promised to send me proof of their previous records showing that the car had no damage, but she never did that. I requested to talk to her senior who she said his name is Allen, and Allen was suppose to call me, he just never did. I think they are just ignoring me.</p> <p>AVIS PORT ELIZABETH HAS A REAL POOR SERVICE AND WOULD ADVICE ANY ONE TO AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY FOR NOTHING AND THEY ARE NOT HELPFULL.</p>
