Thank you MiWay Insurance for the super fast assistance on our flat battery. As soon as we finished talking to Tumisang the service provider was knocking on our window. It was as if they were waiting for us to call in for asistance. Thank you for being so reliable and efficient. Will definitely recommend more people your to do it MiWAY🙂.

Good customer service
Nicole Kruger had excellent customer service, when I called to enquire about my mom's booking she was quick resolve the issue and ensured that her stay was comfortable. We really appreciate the warm hospitality please keep it up.

False advertising 😑
After getting enticed by the sms sent to me by King Price.... Lungile: A R550 gift card is reserved for you. To claim reply "YES" + get a FREE car cover quote with KING PRICE. NO=OptOut. by B-M.deals. T&Cs FSP4386 I followed the steps got a quotation but did not take I because they did not beat my current insurer. False advertising... I was not sent a gift card. So don't bother yourself with this.

Thank you Mashudu Mthombeni for the great service you gave me. I've been with miway for a few years and I'm not planning to move anytime soon. This my second claim for 2023 (👀 yes already) but Mieay has been great with both processes. Mashudu was patient and always followed up to ensure I send through everything in order to finalize my claim. Thank you Shudu you are a star.
