NewCo has such bad service ever. My WiFi is down, had an account with them, so I had renovations done in the house and had to move out and did not pay for Fibre. Once all was done I tried to reconnect it and was informed to go through sales and start over as my account was terminated. I have done that, paid the fee they invoiced me, but since 30 July to date nothing has happened. I call and they promise to call me back and they don't. I call every single day mara nothing happens. It is the 20th of August. Nothing happened. I don't know if I should get a refund and try another service provider. I am so dissapointed. One dtime I call and got such a rude consultant.
