Horrible service and ****** at news-cafe Emporors palace

Today I went with my partner to News Cafe Emperors Palace , we walk in picked a place to sit as there was no sign or someone stopping us as to where we want to be seated. We settled in ordered and got our drinks. 5 mins later we see people pointing and complaining why we seated there at first we left it and the manager was then called. He came to us explaining that this place where we seated required that we need to but a bottle , we advised our waitress didn’t tell us that and we will leave after we had the drink. He said unfortunately we can’t leave we need to purchase a bottle. The drama continued and we felt so attacked and like its unfair , every 5 mins the waitress would come and force us “its time to buy the bottle. I got angry with only few sips from my drink I left , unfortunately they kept my partner and advised he is not going anywhere. The unpleasant experience was horrific. I went back explained I’ll pay for the drink i sipped on and my partners one the other 2 drinks I haven’t touched based on the horrible customer experience I received. The manager advised the staff she had to pay because he told her no one leaves this festive with out purchasing a bottle. I felt sorry and cover the bill because moral of the story is none of them wanted to take accountability for the way they treated us. News Cafe emperors palace are ****** forcing people into buying things that people don’t want .
