****roach birth service and overcharged

Saturday at News cafes mall@55 I ordered a bottle of wine, tacos, loaded chips and what was called a meal on the house...

So my tacos arrived cold and tasteless, the beef they used felt tasteless. I addressed the issue to the manager and he offered the meal on the house. As I continued my stay with my friend the waiters kept on coming to our table to request for our sources so they can use them for other tables. I found that strange alot. We sip the wine and jol in a conversation when suddenly we realize the is ****roach inside our ice bucket 🪣. That eventually ruined our mood. We addressed it to the manager who then kept on saying his sorry. We request for the bill the next thing everything is over charged. Oh and again one of the waiters asked for my fork while I am eating. I am not happy and I wish for all this to change for future customers
