When we decided to go with Nexsolar it was because they were quick to respond to our quote request and their sales team were on the ball. We also decided to purchase their in-house batteries brocade they were a little cheaper and had the same 5 year warranty.
A few months after installation we started experiencing some issues with the power going out during load shedding. I then noticed that the power would cut out even though the batteries had a 24% state of charge, according to the system. I then contacted Nexsolar for advice on their dedicated WhatsApp help line - to which I only got a response two weeks later. I also tried calling and was told that their wasn’t someone around to assist at the moment and I should email. I emailed and then only got a response almost a week later to say they were looking into it and they’d send me a report with their findings. Two weeks later and my follow up email goes without response and I’m still waiting for the report. Seems like their batteries may may not be as great as they say they are and their after sales service certainly isn’t.
