Poor Client communication

They were sent out to carry out "emergency repairs"besides the fact we were waiting for them to come out to carry out the repairs whenever we called they would say they not coimng out due to the weather. After following up a couple of times then they said no it was not a mandatory repair!I asked how much would the repair cost and They did not even respond had to find out from my insurance the cost.

Overpriced and poor communication with customers!!!!
