They were sent out to carry out "emergency repairs"besides the fact we were waiting for them to come out to carry out the repairs whenever we called they would say they not coimng out due to the weather. After following up a couple of times then they said no it was not a mandatory repair!I asked how much would the repair cost and They did not even respond had to find out from my insurance the cost. Overpriced and poor communication with customers!!!!
I got double debited on the 19 of SEPTEMBER 2019 so I returned the one debit however one debit still stands.I keep getting messages that my account is in arrears and that I have not made any payment so I called VODA ACCOUNTS and they requested I mail a supervisor by the name of Nompucuko my bank statements which I did.I have received absolutely no feedback and the case has been going on for over a month now!!!!I have visited countless voda stores printed statements and have sat for hours on the phone were now they apparently block your number if you call the accounts department too many times and a voice recording comes up and says voda will call you back as you have made countless attempts to call them.This is my business and personal line so I cannot afford for it to be cut off especially when I as the client am not at fault!!!I will look to close my contract after this and advise friends and family to do the same as this is no way to treat a PAYING CUSTOMER !!!!!!!!!!!
