Disgusting behavior from NHC's accounting department. After consulting with the doctor the receptionist will tell you that the payment. 5 - 6 months down the line you receive a FINAL DEMAND email with outstanding payment. How do you send a final demand email when you've never let me know that I owe? You call them trying to get clarity and you're sent from polar to post. They promise to call back but they never call instead they keep sending you the statements. They can't even tell you why the amount owing was not claimed or paid for by the medical aid. They'll lie and say your medical aid had no funds while it had way more that enough. No one wants to be accountable. Bunch of clowns I tell you.
