Disgusting behavior from NHC's accounting department. After consulting with the doctor the receptionist will tell you that the payment. 5 - 6 months down the line you receive a FINAL DEMAND email with outstanding payment. How do you send a final demand email when you've never let me know that I owe? You call them trying to get clarity and you're sent from polar to post. They promise to call back but they never call instead they keep sending you the statements. They can't even tell you why the amount owing was not claimed or paid for by the medical aid. They'll lie and say your medical aid had no funds while it had way more that enough. No one wants to be accountable. Bunch of clowns I tell you.

They deactivated my number without my consent or any warning, after calling them they say I need to pay 897 which is for the whole 24 months plus 150 for the new sim card so that I can get my number back because they failed to debit my account with R39 from October last year ,which I wasn't even aware of .They never called to warn me about this ,they decide on themselves that they should just cut you off.My question is why am I paying for the whole 24 months while I owe only 5 months .These people are total rip offs as all this was never discussed with me at the beginning of the contract
