NIC Bottari Toyota Service Department are my heroes!

I was assisted my two AMAZING gentlemen from Nic Bottari Toyota this morning (6 Jan 2025). My car, Toyota Etios Sprint, would not start this morning. I knew it wasn't the battery but the ignition wouldn't turn over completely.

I tried contacting my insurance for a tow but no one came back to me. I needed to confirm how much a tow would cost (it is January after all). Desperate, I contacted Nic Bottari Toyota and asked for advice on what I should do and if they offer a towing service. The service department was so kind they offered to come and check my car and if need be to tow it. In the end they got my car started and explained what caused the issue (not to sure about the technical diagnoses) and assured me there was no need to bring my car in.

Not once did they make me feel like an idiot or ridicule me for not knowing it was a simple fix.
