NIC Bottari Toyota Service Department are my heroes!
I was assisted my two AMAZING gentlemen from Nic Bottari Toyota this morning (6 Jan 2025). My car, Toyota Etios Sprint, would not start this morning. I knew it wasn't the battery but the ignition wouldn't turn over completely. I tried contacting my insurance for a tow but no one came back to me. I needed to confirm how much a tow would cost (it is January after all). Desperate, I contacted Nic Bottari Toyota and asked for advice on what I should do and if they offer a towing service. The service department was so kind they offered to come and check my car and if need be to tow it. In the end they got my car started and explained what caused the issue (not to sure about the technical diagnoses) and assured me there was no need to bring my car in. Not once did they make me feel like an idiot or ridicule me for not knowing it was a simple fix. Thank you very much for saving my day and being so kind and helpful.

NIC Bottari Toyota Is committing ***** someone app**** for a car using my details they did not even contact me as the owner to find out all I received was an sms notifying me that the is a vehicle finance being app**** from absa and another sms of POPI Act meaning they have gone ahead in the process without my consent.

Poor customer care
They advertise a vehichle on cars.co.za which Im interested in. On 7 July I visit them my vehichle was evaluated and the salesperson said he would whattsupp me the same day with an offer on my vehicle. Day later nothing happened even after I contact them again

This Toyota Dealership is doing illegal things on Toyota customers names. Recently (2022-09-27) someone booked a Fortuner in with Nic Bottari Toyota and I received an sms saying that I have made a booking with Nic Bottari Toyota... I immediately phoned their service department and made an enquiry which vehicle has been booked with them under my name, since we never use that Toyota dealership for any services. The bookings clerk supplied me with a registration and I went and checked our fleet for that particular registration number. The supplied registration number did not match any vehicles in the fleet I am managing. I phoned the dealership back and asked some more questions...apparently the Fortuner was booked in for inspection to go cross border to another country. I told the bookings clerk to immediately remove my contact detail from that job card since that vehicle has got nothing to do with me or the fleet I manage. I told them that i do not want to be associated with that vehicle. Today I received a follow up call from Nic Bottari Toyota to find out if I am satisfied with their service, which clearly confirm that my detail was never removed from that job card. They are dishonest and involved with illegal things! Do not trust this dealership

This Toyota Dealership is doing illegal things on Toyota customers names. Nick Bottari Toyota in Nigel full of lies and empty promises.
I bought a vehicle from Nick Bottari in July 2021. On the same day of purchase I realized that the radio's cd was broken. The next day I noticed in my garage an oil leak under the car. The Diff was leaking and the stearing rack. Nick Botari assured me they will fix the problems because the vehicle still had an extended Waranty from Toyota and also a three months extra warranty from them. Later I also realized that the front right headlight was also faulty. The vehicle was according to them through Road Worthy at Decra...??????? After months of empty promises they only repaired the two oil leaks but refused to do the rest of the repairs. They said they will buy back the vehicle for thousands less than what I paid for it. I refused and told them that I dont have time to again ride around to look for another vehicle. I again ask them to do the repairs. They refused. Then I also realized when I opened the service Book another lie. They told me that the vehicle had full service history but in the service book there was 4 service that was not stamped in the book. They assured me when I bought the vehicle that it had full service history and that the vehicle had only one owner before me and that the previous owner bought the vehicle new from them and that he then traded the vehicle in on a new vehicle by Nick Bottari Toyota. After a little digging I realized that there was more than two previous owners on tha vehicle and it was not even purchased new at Nick Bottari Toyota. There was no proof nowhere of the services that was not in the book. A few weeks ago I bought another vehicle and contacted Nick Bottari Toyota to say that they can buy back the vehicle at the price they offered me because I am not prepared to sit with a vehicle which does not have FSH and with all the problems on it..... THEY REFUSED to buy back the vehicle..... From the start the lied... I was supposed to buy a vehicle that according to them with a Full Service History, Stringent Quality Checked backed by Toyota, Certified by the DEALER, Extended Warranty, Automark Certified Promise etc.... How on earth can Toyota, a company as big and well known in every country do something like this. Riaan At Nick Bottari hardly ever respond when I communicate with him on whatsapp.

My vehicle went for service on 30 January 2019. A weeks later I notified the dealer of a noise coming from the engine when starting every morning. The vehicle was taken on 11 April 2019 to the dealer to overnight so they can diagnose the noise. I received the vehicle and they could not explain the noise. I took it back again on 16 September 2019 and still no resolution. Please assist.
