I was assisted my two AMAZING gentlemen from Nic Bottari Toyota this morning (6 Jan 2025). My car, Toyota Etios Sprint, would not start this morning. I knew it wasn't the battery but the ignition wouldn't turn over completely. I tried contacting my insurance for a tow but no one came back to me. I needed to confirm how much a tow would cost (it is January after all). Desperate, I contacted Nic Bottari Toyota and asked for advice on what I should do and if they offer a towing service. The service department was so kind they offered to come and check my car and if need be to tow it. In the end they got my car started and explained what caused the issue (not to sure about the technical diagnoses) and assured me there was no need to bring my car in. Not once did they make me feel like an idiot or ridicule me for not knowing it was a simple fix. Thank you very much for saving my day and being so kind and helpful.
I recieved a sms and email from them requesting me to contact them due to the fact that they need more information so that they can delivery my package. I contacted courier guy and was help by the most rude call centre woman who would not listen to me before she told me that my delivery is in order I'll get on a different day, I selected and paid for same day delivery. I tried telling her that couriers guy sent me a message to call them but she treated me like I was a complete idiot. I think courier guy promises these big companies they can delivery same day but in actual fact they can't and then use the fact that the client was at fault to push the delivery to a later date. I don't mind waiting for a package but don't make it out to be my fault, take accountability and apologise when you can't delivery when promised.
