Beware of Sweis from SNT Electrical and Plumbing. I hired him to install palisades, a gate motor, build pillars, perform beam filling, and handle plumbing. Unfortunately, Sweis ****med me by demanding full payment upfront, even though a significant amount of work was still incomplete. After receiving all the money—and even more—he abruptly stopped working and demanded additional funds. His workmanship was terrible. About 90% of the palisades are bent, and the gate is badly warped because they built it on soft garden ground. When Sweis began welding the dog bars, he did it incorrectly, causing the gate to warp further due to the heat. He later blamed us, claiming we bent the gate when closing it. Sweis left the job unfinished. He didn’t complete the palisades or install the gate motor. Now, I’m stuck with 17 bent and rusted palisades, a damaged gate, and I’m R50,000 out of pocket. He pressured me into making repeated payments, promising every time to complete the work the next day, but he never delivered. I strongly advise against hiring Sweis from SNT Electrical and Plumbing—do not fall victim to his ****s. Additionally, when building the pillars, he hired random individuals off the street, putting my wife’s and my safety at risk. He was rarely on-site himself and seemed unbothered about supervising the work. His other construction team also abandoned the project, leaving behind a pile of unused building mix, which I had to dispose of the following day.

I got a quote from Car Service City At Carnival Mall Brakpan to service my wife's car from . After me and my wife dropped of the car they did the inspection on the car and found all is in good condition. We left and I was later contacted with a quote much more than first quoted. They told me that the spark plugs is much more expensive. I asked them why did they not gave me the correct price the first time. Their response was that they are trained like that by head office to get clients in. I told them how can they charge me R500 more for sparkplugs than what Mercedes Benz does. I wanted to cancel the service then they wanted to charge me around R650 for inspection. I didn't want to argue further and told them to go ahead with the service but I told them that I am definitely not happy with how they do business. When we picked up the car my wife noticed that the pannel which contain all electrical buttons for the seat next to the driver seat was broken of. We confronted the manager and first he looked surprised then he said that the seat was like that when we droped the Mercedes of the morning. My wife immediately told him that it is not so. Even the Safety belt was not in its correct position. Also th driver and passenger electric seats were both moved to the front as far as possible. He then became very nasty with me and ask us to leave. My wife found a small flashlight next to the seat. When I asked the workers who's light it is they told me that it belongs to one of the workers that worked on the car. If they did not brake the seat then why was the flashlight there......what my thoughts is is that they broke the seat and used the flashlight to try to repair the seat because it was to dark to see what's going on under the seat and forgot to remove the flashlight. Why didn't the manager showed me the damaged seat or phoned me when he noticed the damaged seat. I emailed Car Service City's head office on the 19th of March. They said they will come back to me but until today I haven't heard from them. I also noticed that my wife's car power stearing fluid level was below minimum. I asked there head office why didnt they top it up or at least told me about it . They're response was and I quote "Please note that the service is not inclusive of checking the power steering fluid"
I bought a vehicle from Nick Bottari in July 2021. On the same day of purchase I realized that the radio's cd was broken. The next day I noticed in my garage an oil leak under the car. The Diff was leaking and the stearing rack. Nick Botari assured me they will fix the problems because the vehicle still had an extended Waranty from Toyota and also a three months extra warranty from them. Later I also realized that the front right headlight was also faulty. The vehicle was according to them through Road Worthy at Decra...??????? After months of empty promises they only repaired the two oil leaks but refused to do the rest of the repairs. They said they will buy back the vehicle for thousands less than what I paid for it. I refused and told them that I dont have time to again ride around to look for another vehicle. I again ask them to do the repairs. They refused. Then I also realized when I opened the service Book another lie. They told me that the vehicle had full service history but in the service book there was 4 service that was not stamped in the book. They assured me when I bought the vehicle that it had full service history and that the vehicle had only one owner before me and that the previous owner bought the vehicle new from them and that he then traded the vehicle in on a new vehicle by Nick Bottari Toyota. After a little digging I realized that there was more than two previous owners on tha vehicle and it was not even purchased new at Nick Bottari Toyota. There was no proof nowhere of the services that was not in the book. A few weeks ago I bought another vehicle and contacted Nick Bottari Toyota to say that they can buy back the vehicle at the price they offered me because I am not prepared to sit with a vehicle which does not have FSH and with all the problems on it..... THEY REFUSED to buy back the vehicle..... From the start the lied... I was supposed to buy a vehicle that according to them with a Full Service History, Stringent Quality Checked backed by Toyota, Certified by the DEALER, Extended Warranty, Automark Certified Promise etc.... How on earth can Toyota, a company as big and well known in every country do something like this. Riaan At Nick Bottari hardly ever respond when I communicate with him on whatsapp.
Thanks for your friendly and professional service Charlize. I really appreciate your help.
On 31Januarie 2020 I bought a Mercedes CLA200 2018 from Rand Stadium Toyota. When I collected the car I brought it under the attention of Rand Stadium Toyota that the gaps between the left headlight and the bumper was not correct. Also that the front bumper has body putty on and that the car didn't had any loose carpets in. The Salesman asured me that they will sort it out. I also there after brougt it to Rand Stadium Toyota's attention that the car had damage to most of the pannels, body parts etc. under the car. After inspecting the damage on a lift at the premises at Rand Stadium Toyota they told me after stating that that is what the pannels is supposed to be doing they told me they will replace and repair it. My car was twice at Rand Stadium Toyota for a few weeks but nothing was done exept a repair on a scratch on the driver side door that had to be repaired twice. Then I had to take my car back before the lock down. After the lockdown no one contacted me back. After lots of talk and me wanted to buy an new Ledgend 50 bakkie from Rand Stadium Toyota I decided not to do it because they went back on our agreement that we had on the price of a new bakkie. I told them that I didn't want the car anymore and I dont want to buy any vehicle from them and that they must take back the car and refund me. Now they tel me they will refund me and take back the Mercedes but want to give me R35000 less than what I paid for it because I used the car . How on earth???
I have been using Dulux for a long time on my own properties and on clients properties. About 2 months back I bought Dulux Maxi Cover. I used Fired Earth All in one as an undercoat and filled hairline cracks with acrylic paintable sealer..... on all undercoat areas Maxi Cover was not covering even after 3 coats on some areas....on all acrylic areas the Maxi Cover was darker. Now Dulux told me that it is because of high moisture in the walls.....but why on all the old painted areas it looks even.....Dulux instructed me to paint a part of the affected area with Weather Guard . After just one coat it covered without any problems.....Dulux offered to give me 4 x20L weatherguard but doesn't want to compensate me for labour......that is not fair because it is a large house and it is not fair that I have to redo the whole house out of my pocket......
