About two weeks after month end they send a sms claiming my account is in arrears. If you dont pay the so claimed you get disconnected and they take days to re connect althoughvyou get a sms which state you will be connected in 5hours I always get 5 different amounts which must be paid according to the Vodapay statements and invoices and emails received
Pay evey month huge amountsto write off debt. Received one letter and hardly received statements
They sent you an invoice for a certain amount then on the debit order they add about R200
There sixty60 is not sixty60. We ordered at 14H15 but only received our goods 18H00 Most of the time when we order goods its out of stock. When you go to the shop the shelves are stacked
App**** for Wifi Connection with them send them the application forms on 31 Aug. Dont get any reply or response from them
Four days with no to poor internet. But if you pay your account late they disconnect you
Poor to no internet since Sunday. If you try to phone them they don't answer This is happening every month end
Worst insurance company in SA Second time I want to claim and they got excuses
Poor to none internet coverage since Saturday 1 February
