A lot of companies in SA can learn from Nifty!
I ordered my product and wasn't even aware I had ordered the incorrect combo. On a Sunday evening I get an email advising me that the 2 products I have selected does not go together and people have made this error before. Hilton asked if I would like to change my order. Absolutely! Before even asking how I do it they issued me a voucher for my previous order, told me what to do and it was all sorted out in 30 mins. That is what I call great customer service.

Outstanding service and communication
My daughter went on your web site to order prints of her photographs. Your site is user friendly. Your prices reasonable. Your service excellent. The communication all along the way was brilliant. The pictures are great quality and your personal note and stickers and accessories really made her day. Keep up your great work we will definitely be using you again.
