Really easy to order. Great prices. They were quick to confirm and arrange delivery. Friendly delivery service from Victor and Mbo. Overall I will use The Mattress Watehouse again.
Bunch of liars at this branch. Purchased a used car where my main requirement was a in-house maintenance plan. Whilst they sold me one they neglected to mention that a) they cannot sell me a in-house plan and b) proceeded to sell me one by a third party. Essentially they lied to me to clinch the deal! Since then every interaction with them has been terrible. 1) they stated my car was underinsured when it was not! They insurer sets the value and I took credit short fall. We had major arguments over this admin where Charlene proceeded to be extremely difficult and frankly dumb at her job about what credit short fall means! 2) they failed to let me know I needed authorization from maintenance place for all requests. Several times my car was away for multiple days. 3) they incorrectly registered the start date of my maintenance plan which it had not caught in would have taken it from a 2 year plan to 18 months. Tons of admin here! 4) terrible service from the service department. In particular Percy, Candice, Anand and the DP Falisa. The current service they have had my car now for 21 days! With me having to chase them for updates, fight for quality service on my maintenance plan, be lied to about statuses. With 0 offer for a courtesy car till I stood my ground. I tried to be patient and tried to be nice but I am now very unhappy! For lying to me to secure the deal I have escalated with Mercedes South Africa and will move onto the National Credit Regulator and Consumer Protection act. No matter how much you complain this branch has 0 empathy, 0 interest and is the most pathetic service for a premium brand. They should be ashamed to represent Mercedes! If they were the customer, would they be happy? If yes they lie as much as they do to secure the deal! This is but a short list of issues I have received with them! If you choose to do business here do it at your own risk!
Sandton Auto BMW: Friday 15 February 2019 Interaction Date Terrible service by service consultant named Yolande. Had my car in to fix a drive train error. Picked up my car after two days. Nav center stopped working which it never had the error. Drive train error was back the next day. They tell me drive train error could be “anything” even though they diagnosed it. And fixed the issue. They feel I will be liable for a future cost after paying 12k to have it sorted. Yolande had a bad attitude. And made me feel very small when she made sure they “checked every inch of my car” like I wanted stuff fixed as an IOU. I only want fixed what I brought my car in for! Nothing more! No new errors.
I ordered my product and wasn't even aware I had ordered the incorrect combo. On a Sunday evening I get an email advising me that the 2 products I have selected does not go together and people have made this error before. Hilton asked if I would like to change my order. Absolutely! Before even asking how I do it they issued me a voucher for my previous order, told me what to do and it was all sorted out in 30 mins. That is what I call great customer service.
What started out as a good service went downhill. Greencom changed the provider from Metrofiber to Cell C - without consent. After that billing became a nightmare - their account department does not know about payment etc and when in "arrears" with Cell C all they do is point you to Cell C to sort out your own issues. They basically changed the terms of the contract and went on their merry way. Cancelled and moving providers.
