What started out as a good service went downhill. Greencom changed the provider from Metrofiber to Cell C - without consent. After that billing became a nightmare - their account department does not know about payment etc and when in "arrears" with Cell C all they do is point you to Cell C to sort out your own issues. They basically changed the terms of the contract and went on their merry way. Cancelled and moving providers.

Greencom and Cell C, processing your personal information without your consent I contracted with Greencom to provide fibre to home services. The process was painful and the connectivity services extremely poor. I eventually cancelled my account. In the process I am not sure what arrangements were made between Greencom and Cell C and my account was handed over to Cell C. I have since been receiving harassing phonecalls and communication from Cell C to pay an account I did not have with them. They've been charging me for a subscription I never signed up for. What's even more concerning is that my personal details were shared by Greencom with Cell C without my permission. To date I have not received any apology from either company. From Greencom, the administrator Lele Khanyile, informs me that I should take it up with Management as they decided to do the migration :0. I will be raising this through the Regulator for data privacy. People should be made aware that their details may be shared without their consent to companies like Cell C who choose to go the route of handing you over as bad debt, when you didn't even have an account with them in the first place.

For the past month the Sunninghill area has been having problems with their network and Greencom has done nothing about it. apparently, they are switching to cell c lines, which can only menan even worse service going forward. it takes 5 mins for a youtube video to play and we have 10meg fibr line.

I have been dealing with various individuals over the last two weeks with very bad feedback and ever worse accountability for my line speed issues. Would not recommend anyone moving to Greencom!

These guys are hopeless with debit orders. Every two months i get a notification saying that I'm in arrears even though I'm a debit order customer. This has been an issue for about a year now. Useless!

My fibre’s been off for a week now. Logged a call on Greenzone on the 18th (was off for 3 days at the time), logged in to see the status of the call- just to find that they closed it, they didnt follow up / phone me to see if it was working as yet or to trouble shoot. Been trying to reach them on their support contact number to no avail... not sure what else to do now. Paying for a service that I am unable to use.

internet was down since Friday, came back on Monday, then went down again Tuesday morning, briefly came back not even a few hours and now its down yet again. Worst part, greencom blame it on MFN fiber, but it turns out MFN didn't even hav an outage ATM, so greencom is incompetent and a liar.

After 3 days of no Internet, the service was finally restored for not even 2 days, at 1/10 of the speed I paid for, and jus now the service is down again, seriously I don think greencom want to do business anymore, its like they trying to drive away customers on purpose or something
