I opened an account in 2014 and settled it in 2018, yet it is still reflecting on my credit report. I have been phoning over the last month to get this resolved and no one is getting back to me.
I activated my Vitality on the 1st of Dec 2018 - WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT TO SAY THE LEAST and then I moved all my policies as well - might just have to cancel them after this experience. At first my points werent reflecting at all, after phoning the call centre, they stated that the profile was linked to an old medical aid- which they fixed. The points then reflected and my points tracker worked for 4 days and then stopped working. I then phoned the call centre again, the agent told me to uninstall the app and reinstall it again which I did more than 5 times - still nothing. I logged 3 queries on the app and no response. After phoning the call centre again, the agent send a mail with the following ref no ********** 26. I then phoned again 2 weeks after receiving the mail with the ref no - spoke to 6 consultants and tech support and and and... after an hour and 12min on the phone was just given ANOTHER ref no ********** 426. I confirmed the ref again as I thought I might have heard incorrectly - was weird that the two numbers are very simular but not the same - so not even sure which ref is the right one or if theres two now - one received on mail or the other received telephonically. Reference numbers however doesnt resolve the problem I’ve had since joining Vitality...
My fibre’s been off for a week now. Logged a call on Greenzone on the 18th (was off for 3 days at the time), logged in to see the status of the call- just to find that they closed it, they didnt follow up / phone me to see if it was working as yet or to trouble shoot. Been trying to reach them on their support contact number to no avail... not sure what else to do now. Paying for a service that I am unable to use.
<p>I went to Mr Price clothing at the Carlswald Lifestyle centre two months ago to close my account.
